Boulders Beach

Boulders Beach is a must-visit for any nature lover or wildlife enthusiast. This sheltered beach is home to a colony of African penguins , the only penguins found on the continent. The penguins can be seen waddling around the beach, swimming in the ocean, and even nesting on the rocks.

Boulders Beach is located in Simon's Town, about 40 kilometres from Cape Town. The beach is open to the public, but there is a small entrance fee to help support the conservation efforts of the African penguin.

The best time to visit Boulders Beach is during the summer months (November to March), when the weather is warm and sunny. However, the penguins can be seen year-round.
