Competition Terms & Conditions:

1. This prize draw (the "Promotion") is only open to Cruise Sales Agents during 25th May 2026 for 2 weeks only.

2. Winners must be aged 21 years or over at the time of travel. Proof of eligibility must be provided upon acceptance. By entering the Promotion, you are deemed to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.

3. The winning agent must be employed by a Retail Travel Agents at the time of booking/and departing on the cruise. The winner must be a permanent employee and not on a temporary contract. The winner must have completed their probation with their company. 

4. There will be one (1) winner. The winner will win one (1) prize for two (2) adults, on the sailing below

7 nights/8 Days on APT/TRAVELMARVEL Rhine & Moselle Cruise on a pre-selected date as below

2026: 25th August 2026 sailing in a Lower Deck Cabin. 

This is for a pre agreed date as above APT have the right to offer a selected date only.

5. The cruise only prize excludes international or domestic, pre or post cruise hotels. 

6. Airport arrival and city departure transfer in destination are included, and flight timings may be restricted to fit in with transfers – the winner needs to check with APT /Travelmarvel prior to booking and confirming any flights. 

7. The prize includes meals, drinks, & excursions as per the standard Cruise. Please Note: Port charges and tipping may be applied to the booking. Please confirm before confirming booking. 

8. The Prize cabin can only be confirmed as above and is subject to availability in a lead in / lower deck cabin. Cabin upgrades are not possible.

9. The Prize cannot be transferred to other friends or relatives, fellow travels agents or exchanged for cash. No other dates are available for the prize to be transferred to. 

10. The Prize winner and their selected guest must be over 21 to be eligible for this Prize and have sufficient mobility to partake in the tours and excursions. 

11. The Prize is subject to the Promoter’s full standard terms and conditions (available here: https://www.aptouring.co.uk/legal/general-information-conditions) and the Promoter’s medical declaration 

12. The Prize is supplied by Australian Pacific Touring (U.K.) Limited, (3rd Floor, 52 Grosvenor Gardens, London SW1W 0AU) (www.aptouring.co.uk). 

13. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.

14. Gifts, prizes and other promotional items are not transferable, may not be re-sold and are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right in their reasonable discretion to substitute any such gift, prize or item with a gift, prize or item of equal or greater value.

15. Winners agree to provide reasonable cooperation to allow the Promoter to use the name and/or likeness of the winner for advertising and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion including but not limited to publication of the winner's name and photograph on the Promoter’s websites. In addition, by submitting an entry and in consideration of the Promoter granting a right to enter the Promotion, entrants agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right and licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to any materials contained in the entry (including but not limited to text, images or video materials) (the “Materials”) worldwide and/or to incorporate the Materials in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in the Materials. By submitting Materials to the competition, an entrant: 

i. warrants that the Materials are its own original work and that it has the right to make them available for all the purposes specified above; that it does not infringe any law; that it is not obscene or libellous; and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

ii. agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred because of a breach of the above warranty;

iii. agrees to waive any moral rights in the Materials for the purposes of its submission to, and publication by, the Promoter and the purposes specified above.

16. Any personal information provided to us during the entry process (including but not limited to your name, e-mail address, telephone number and date of birth) must be correct. We accept no responsibility for any incorrect personal information provided to us.

18. We will hold your personal information in accordance with these terms and conditions and our privacy policy.

General 

18. The determination and decision of the Promoter on all matters shall be final, and no promotional correspondence or discussion will be entered into. 

19. The Promoter reserves the right in its reasonable discretion: 

i. to disqualify any claimant, competitor or nominee whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of the rules or the intention of the promotion and to declare as void any or all their claims or entries based on such conduct; 

ii. to declare as void any claims or entries resulting from any printing, production and/or distribution errors (including but not limited to any error(s) on any website of the Promoter, any game cards and/or other printed materials) or where there has been error(s) in any aspect of the preparation for or conduct of the promotion materially affecting the result of the promotion or the number of claimants or the value of claims; 

iii. to add to or to waive any rules on reasonable notice;

20. APT Travelmarvel reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or cancel the prize and is not responsible for any costs incurred by the prize winner 

21. If any of the provisions of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part that part shall be severed from the remainder of the provisions and the validity of the other provisions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
