Legend of the Seas

Since our last update on Royal Caribbean’s Legend of the Seas, there’s even more to get excited about. Families planning their summer 2026 getaway now have even more reasons to look forward to this incredible ship, from brand-new accommodation options to extra playful touches designed for kids of all ages.

Dining Updates

Royal Railway – Legend Station continues to offer an immersive, multi-course dining journey inspired by historic Silk Routes. Now, it includes interactive elements for kids, such as themed games and storytelling at the table, turning mealtime into a playful, educational adventure. Imagine little ones learning about exotic spices or helping “choose the course” while enjoying vibrant, freshly prepared dishes—meals here are as much about engagement as they are about flavour.

The Hollywoodland Supper Club brings a cinematic flair to dining. Guests can enjoy gourmet dishes in a setting inspired by classic Hollywood, complete with live jazz, themed performances, and interactive magic tricks. Kids are enchanted by the theatrics while parents savour carefully crafted multi-course meals, making it a dining experience that appeals to the whole family.

Two exciting new additions are Surfside Bites and AquaDome Market. Surfside Bites is perfect for quick, fun meals right near the pool, offering everything from burgers and wraps to smoothies and snacks—ideal for families on the go between activities. AquaDome Market brings a market-style dining experience with stations featuring freshly made sushi, teppanyaki, international street food, and healthy options. The variety ensures everyone—from picky eaters to adventurous foodies—can find something they love, all while enjoying the vibrant, social atmosphere of the ship.

New Surfside Family Suites and Bunk Beds

One of the biggest updates is the introduction of Surfside Family Suites, designed with families in mind. These bright, spacious suites are located right by the pool and arcade, making it easy for kids to enjoy the action while parents can relax nearby. What’s extra exciting is that some of these suites now feature bunk beds, turning bedtime into a fun part of the adventure. Families can truly feel at home at sea, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and make memories together.

For families wanting the ultimate experience, the Ultimate Family Townhouse continues to impress. Spanning three levels, it includes a private hot tub, in-suite slide, and personal cinema—perfect for creating laughter filled evenings after a day of fun and adventure. Meanwhile, the Panoramic and Sunset Corner Suites offer stunning sea views from private balconies, providing a more tranquil retreat for those who prefer a quieter pace.

Continuing the Adventure Onboard

Of course, these new accommodations are just part of the story. All the features we highlighted before—from the Category 6 waterpark and Crown’s Edge ropes course to the FlowRider surf simulator—remain highlights of the ship. Families can splash, climb, surf, and relax as they explore everything Legend of the Seas has to offer.

Entertainment Updates

The Broadway favourite Charlie and the Chocolate Factory has been adapted for the high seas with new visual effects and interactive moments that bring Willy Wonka’s world to life like never before. Families can expect dazzling sets, colourful costumes, and clever stage magic that will mesmerise kids while keeping adults equally entertained. The production even incorporates audience interaction, inviting children to participate in small ways during the show, making the experience immersive and unforgettable.

Sustainability at Sea

Even with all the new fun features, Legend of the Seas keeps sustainability in focus. Powered by LNG and equipped with advanced eco-friendly technology, the ship helps Royal Caribbean move toward its 2035 net-zero emissions target—so families can enjoy the adventure with peace of mind.
