Day   3 - Ketchikan

Ketchikan is considered the "world capital of salmon" for its world-famous fishing. Nestled among towering rainforests and surrounded by breathtaking fjords, this charming city also boasts a rich maritime history and vibrant Alaska Native culture.  Immerse yourself in the rich cultural heritage of the Tlingit people at Totem Bight State Historical Park. Explore this 11-acre rainforest sanctuary, home to 14 meticulously restored totem poles and a traditional clan house. You'll be impressed by the history and symbolism of these iconic structures, and learn about the lifestyle of the Tlingit, a tribe that inhabits the coasts and islands of North America.

 Watch an exciting show: the Great Alaskan Lumberjack Show, where some of the world's best lumberjacks clash in more than a dozen exciting events including cutting, sawing and rolling. Encourage them as they show their strength, speed and accuracy.  If you're looking for one of the most beautiful natural landscapes in Alaska, embark on a scenic cruise through the wonderful Misty Fjords, a national monument. Day   4 - Sitka
