Gran Canaria in April enjoys warm and pleasant weather, with daytime temperatures ranging from 22-26°C and mild evenings around 16-18°C. The island sees plenty of sunshine, averaging 8-9 hours per day, and rainfall is minimal, with just a few light showers possible. The sea temperature hovers around 19-21°C, making it refreshing but suitable for swimming. While the island can be breezy, especially in the north and higher altitudes, the south around Maspalomas and Puerto Rico tends to be sunnier and warmer. April is a great time to visit for beach relaxation, outdoor adventures, and exploring the island’s diverse landscapes.
