Its ancient castle dates back to the Islamic era of the 11th century. This mountaintop fortress provides visitors with exceptional views of the valleys below. For a more rugged outdoor experience, take an early morning hike up Montgo Natural Park’s curiously named Elephant Mountain. From here, you can watch the Spanish sunrise creep up over the horizon.
