Day 1

• Depart from Cork airport at 13:45h and arrive at Prague at 17:20h
• Upon arrival, transfer to the Prague Season Hotel and proceed with the check-in

You Will have a chance to take a ride along the Vltava riverside where you can see interesting buildings like the Dancing House, National Theatre et al. Afterwards you will continue to Strahov by bus. Then you will  walk to the Prague Castle which will enchant you by its incredible history and monumentality. After sightseeing of the St. Vitus Cathedral, the Royal Palace and other buildings the second part of the  sightseeing in other historical parts of Prague – the Lesser Town and the Old Town. You will take a walk on  the more than 650-year-old Charles Bridge with its many historic events and legends. The tour will stop in the world famous Jewish quarter and will finish at the Old Town Square in front of the astronomical clock which is one of the most interesting sites of the city. *Prague Castle Entrance fee extra

Kutná Hora is the town in the Central Bohemia region. Thanks to silver mining, it was one of the most important Czech royal cities in the Middle Ages. Today, it is widely visited by tourists and its important urban conservation area is listed on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. The dominant feature of the city and at the same time its most visited historical monument is the late Gothic jewel – the Church of St. Barbora, who is invoked as a helper in times of need, an intercessor for a good death and the patroness of all those who have a dangerous profession, especially miners. This magnificent building testifies to the glory and wealth of the silver Kutná Hora and to the deep piety of its creators. Its monumentality will literally take your breath away. In the immediate vicinity of the church you will find, for example, the Corpus Christi Chapel with the ossuary or another important monument, namely the Jesuit college.
