Day 1 – ARRIVAL IN LISBON
- Arrival at Lisbon airport and transfer to the hotel.
- Accommodation.
- Rest of the day at leisure.
Day 2 – LISBON / SINTRA / LISBON
- After breakfast, city tour of Lisbon.
- Tasting of the famous Pastel de Belém.
- Continue to Sintra.
- In the afternoon, visit the Monserrate Park and Palace.
- Return to Lisbon via the Cascais/Estoril coast.
- Accommodation.
Day 3 – LISBON / ÓBIDOS / NAZARÉ / COIMBRA / SERRA DA ESTRELA
- Departure from Lisbon towards Óbidos to visit this magnificent medieval village.
- Continue to Nazaré, where we will go up to Sítio to enjoy the magnificent views over the city.
- Continue to Coimbra for a brief visit, highlighting the University of Coimbra Library (entrance included).
- Continue to Serra da Estrela.
- Accommodation and dinner at the hotel.
Day 4 – SERRA DA ESTRELA / HISTORIC VILLAGES ROUTE / SERRA DA ESTRELA
- Morning departure to visit the most beautiful historic villages in this region: Belmonte, birthplace of Pedro Álvares Cabral, Folgosinho – where a regional lunch will be served – and Trancoso.
- Return to the hotel.
- Accommodation and dinner.
Day 5 – SERRA DA ESTRELA / VISEU / LAMEGO / PESO DA RÉGUA
- Departure from Serra da Estrela towards Viseu, an irresistible garden city in the heart of Beira Alta.
- City tour and free time for lunch.
- Continue to Lamego, one of the most important urban centers in the Douro region.
- Stroll through the historic center, known for the grand staircase of the Sanctuary of Nossa Senhora dos Remédios.
- Continue to the Douro Demarcated Region, known for its breathtaking landscapes.
- Arrival at the hotel and accommodation.
Day 6 – PESO DA RÉGUA / PINHÃO / PESO DA RÉGUA
- Day dedicated to the best this region has to offer.
- Departure to Pinhão for a rabelo boat ride on the Douro River.
- In the afternoon, visit and tasting of the typical wines of the Douro region.
- Return to the hotel and accommodation.
Day 7 – PESO DA RÉGUA / AMARANTE / PORTO
- Departure towards Amarante and city tour, highlighting its bridge and the Church of São Gonçalo.
- Continue to the Porto region.
- Accommodation.
Day 8 – PORTO
- City tour with a short walking tour through the center.
- Gastronomic lunch in Vila Nova de Gaia, with views over the Douro and the city of Porto.
- Rest of the day at leisure.
Day 9 – PORTO / BRAGA / GUIMARÃES / PORTO
- Departure towards Guimarães.
- Visit to the historic center of the city known as the Cradle of Portugal.
- In the afternoon, continue to Braga with a visit to Bom Jesus.
- Ascend on the water-powered funicular and take a walking tour through the historic center.
- Accommodation.
Day 10 – DEPARTURE FROM PORTO
- Hotel services end with breakfast (the room may remain occupied until 10 or 12 o’clock, according to each hotel’s policy).
- Free time until the transfer to the airport.
- Have a pleasant return trip.
4* Vila Galé Ópera
Right in front of the Tagus River, you will find the hotel Vila Galé Ópera, located near the Lisbon Congress Center and the leisure area of Docas. In just a few minutes, you will reach the monumental area of Belém and the historic center of the Portuguese capital.

The metro station Campo 24 de Agosto is located just 100 meters from the hotel and it allows you easy and quick access to anywhere in the city and to the airport.
Having cinema as its inspiration, this unit’s common areas are decorated with pictures that recall iconic movie scenes, renowned directors or the most talented actors.
