With offices in Cork City, Douglas, and Bandon, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional travel experiences and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert travel advice and holiday recommendations to customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge across destinations, airlines, cruises, and tour operators.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of customer care.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Passion for the travel industry and creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.
• Minimum of two years' experience in the travel industry or a related customer-facing sales role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and selling skills.
• Strong customer focus and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good computer and administrative skills.
