The Blue Grotto
The Blue Grotto should be a ‘must see’ for any visitor while visiting Malta, the beautiful waters are famous for mirroring the stunning colours of the underwater flora. With its very clean, deep and clear waters, it’s no surprise that it’s an extremely popular diving and snorkelling spot for thousands of tourists every year. Even though the caves are a wonder within themselves, the true beauty and magic of the place really shines through on clear, sunny days, resulting in an immersive and vibrant experience for tourists. Inside the Blue Grotto, you’ll feel cool, calm and peaceful! How relaxing! It’s best to visit The Blue Grotto between noon and 2 pm, as this is the time the sunlight illuminates the grotto best!
St. Peter's Pool
Before heading back on your Ryanair flight, take one more detour and make sure you visit St. Peter's Pool. This natural pool offers crystal clear waters and a very inviting and gentle current perfect for all swimmers! The contrast between the blue water and honey-coloured cliffs creates quite a spectacular visual experience.
Malta's National Aquarium
Speaking of fish, why not visit Malta's National Aquarium, it's worth a visit while here! It's open every day! Enjoy a shark talk and watch the feeding sessions, observe the sharks swimming above your head while learning interesting facts about them. Take a trip through all the different zones Malta's National Aquarium has to offer! A personal favourite would be the Roman Times Zone, here you experience characteristics of an ancient ghost shipwreck, where you will see replicas of ancient Roman remains while seeing all the unique sea life around it. Malta's National Aquarium is a site that shouldn't be missed!
Horse riding at Golden Bay
